What do I actually receive?
Real CS2 in-game items, sent to your Steam inventory via Steam trade. You own them outright the moment they arrive. Keep them, trade them, or list them on the Steam Community Market whenever you want.
How are item values guaranteed?
Every drop is hand-curated to contain items whose live Steam Market price meets or exceeds the amount you paid for that cycle. We use live SkinsBack pricing to verify the basket at the time of delivery. If we ever can't match the value, support reaches out before processing.
How fast is delivery?
Skins are sent to your Steam inventory shortly after each successful payment. Most buyers receive their drop the same day, always within 24 hours. You'll provide your Steam trade URL on the post-payment confirmation page.
What's the deal with the chart? Are you predicting returns?
No. The chart shows what eight well-known CS2 weapon cases have done historically on the Steam Market, indexed against the S&P 500 over the same window. It's a data visualization, not a forecast. Past prices do not predict future prices, full stop.
Can I cancel my weekly tier?
Yes — any time, no questions asked. Cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or message @relief on Telegram. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
Why is there a $150 self-serve cap?
Chargeback and fraud protection — for both sides. Orders above $150 are manually vetted by reaching out to @relief on Telegram first, so we can confirm your Steam trade setup and avoid disputes that hurt both of us.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, Cash App Pay, and bank transfer where supported, processed by Whop as merchant of record. ZOUR never sees card data. Crypto is not currently accepted.
